You will manage end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy development through commercialization and optimization. Working in a collaborative, global matrix organization, you'll partner with R&D, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that solve customer challenges. You'll conduct voice-of-customer research, define product requirements, develop business cases, coordinate product launches, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact and visibility, with opportunities to shape product direction through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.Requirements:Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related commercial experiencePreferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, Marketing or related fieldExperience in genomics, proteomics, or molecular biology research.Background in biomedical or disease-focused research.Familiarity with Investigational Use Only (IUO) research environments.Hands-on experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and workflows.Proven success in product lifecycle management, from concept through commercializationStrong business acumen and ability to develop compelling business cases and financial modelsExcellence in gathering and synthesizing Voice of Customer insightsEffective cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills in matrix environmentStrong communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levelsExperience developing and executing product launch strategies and go-to-market plansStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesAbility to balance strategic thinking with tactical executionProficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointProject management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent initiativesCustomer-centric mindset with deep understanding of market dynamicsUp to 30% travel required, including internationalKnowledge of relevant scientific/technical domain preferred for specific product linesUnderstanding of quality and regulatory requirements for applicable markets
