This role ensures consistency, quality, and compliance across design standards, specifications, and project deliverables.Working closely with A&E leadership, project teams, and external partners, you will provide critical support across project coordination, standards management, and design documentation. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program SupportSupport A&E Project Managers across multiple programs and initiativesCoordinate and maintain project documentation (drawings, specifications, contracts, permits) with strong version controlTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; provide regular reporting and updatesPrepare meeting materials, coordinate meetings, and document key actionsDevelop reports, presentations, and executive-ready communicationsProvide operational support including data management, invoice processing, and bid coordinationStandards, Specifications & Design GovernanceMaintain and update prototype standards, including Revit libraries, CAD standards, and design guidelinesSupport development and communication of specification updates and design standardsReview architectural and engineering deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and complianceAssist in standardizing and improving technical documentationPartner on AutoCAD and Revit updates aligned with approved changesContribute to sustainable design and material specification initiativesCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between internal teams, external A&E partners, and construction stakeholdersSupport design development and documentation alignment across programsContribute to special projects, pilot programs, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or related fieldStrong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and design processesExperience reviewing and coordinating A&E drawings across design and documentation phasesProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite/BluebeamStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with standards management or design governanceExposure to sustainable design practices or materialsProfessional licensure and/or LEED certificationEducationBachelor’s or technical degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)Additional InformationTravel: Approximately 10%Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
