You will play a critical role in delivering sustainable growth and advancing therapy adoption across South Europe.For further information on our PV products, please visit - Peripheral Vascular | StrykerWhat you will doLead and develop a regional sales team to achieve and exceed revenue and performance targets aligned with country and EMEA prioritiesBuild and maintain a robust regional sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and long-term growth plansDrive team performance by setting clear objectives, monitoring results, and implementing corrective actions based on sales metrics (revenue, activity, conversion rates)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the end-to-end order-to-cash process and enhance customer experienceEstablish and expand strategic relationships with key healthcare systems, accounts, and stakeholders across the regionProvide insights and performance feedback to senior leadership to inform regional strategy and decision-makingLead complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders, typically exceeding six months in durationContribute to regional business planning, market development, and therapy adoption initiatives to expand market presenceWhat you will needRequiredMinimum 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial leadership role with direct team management responsibilityBachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial and clinical experienceDemonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets through individual and team performanceExperience leading complex sales cycles within healthcare or similarly regulated environmentsExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsFluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language relevant to South EuropePreferredExperience in the medical devices sector or hospital/theatre-based environmentsExperience contributing to regional or multi-market commercial strategies beyond a single territoryAdditional InformationLocation: South Europe region (candidate must be based within the region)Travel: Approximately 50–70% travel required across customer sites and regional or EMEA meetingsWork arrangement: Field-based leadership role with regional scopeItaly Pay Ranges:Italy: €58.100 - €96.800 EUR AnnualPlease submit your CV in EnglishAt Stryker, we believe transparency helps candidates make confident decisions about their next career step.Compensation is an important part of that process, and we want to be clear about how pay is determined.
