Work Flexibility: HybridAs a Commercial Rebates Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring Stryker delivers on its commercial commitments to customers. Your work supports accurate rebate execution, strong data integrity, and audit-ready processes that protect margin, maintain compliance, build customer trust, and enable confident business decisions.Partnering across Finance, Contracts, Sales, and Commercial teams, you enable confident business decisions by ensuring rebate programs are executed correctly and supported by accurate, reliable data. This role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives, providing a strong foundation for growth within Business Enablement Solutions.This role is hybrid in Waterdown, Ontario, Canada and will require the candidate to be in office on a hybrid based schedule.What you will do:Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation.Consistently meets service delivery expectations based on input from the business.Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and PerformanceProcess customer rebate payments accurately and on time in accordance with contract terms and internal controlsValidate rebate eligibility, calculations, and supporting documentation prior to payment submissionSupport recurring month-end, quarter-end, and audit cycles by ensuring completeness and timeliness of rebate activityProactively identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, discrepancies, or delays with clear recommendations.Maintain alignment and accuracy of rebate-related data across systems supporting commercial programsPerform data validation, reconciliation, and review activities to ensure audit readinessSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and corrective actionsParticipate in root cause analysis to address data issues and strengthen preventative controlsServe as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to rebates and incentive programsResearch and resolve inquiries by analyzing contracts, system data, and payment historyCommunicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and drive resolutionPartner with Contracts, Pricing, Finance, and Commercial teams to support customerSupport reporting and analysis of rebate and incentive activity, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesCommunicate insights clearly to Finance and Commercial stakeholders to support transparency and decision-makingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, operational efficiency, and customer experienceContribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructionsSupport system enhancements and integrations as requiredPerform additional responsibilities as assigned by your Manager. Abide by and support the policies set forth in the Stryker Code of ConductUnderstand that compliance with the Code of Conduct, as it may be amended by Stryker Corporation from time to time, is a condition of continued employment with StrykerConduct work in compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations and in accordance with Stryker’s high ethical standardsReport any violations of these policies and procedures to Stryker management or in the manner outlined in Stryker’s Ethics Hotline PolicyWhat you will need:Required:0–2+ years of experience in value adds, rebates, pricing, contracts, finance, or a related field required.Bachelor's degree requiredPreferred:Strong data manipulation skills, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI is preferredExperience in the medical device or healthcare industry is preferredBilingual (French and English) is preferredWorking knowledge of ERP systems, rebate or incentive management tools, and Microsoft Office applications preferred   Canada Pay Ranges:Canada: $59,600 - $79,450 CAD Annual   Travel Percentage: 0%
