CompanyFederal Reserve Bank of St. LouisAs Senior Manager of FP&A, you'll play a critical role in the Bank's financial health and strategic planning. Your team's work directly informs senior leadership decisions and helps ensure responsible stewardship of the Bank's resources. You'll have the opportunity to shape both team development and financial planning processes while working with partners across the organization and the Federal Reserve System.The Bank's Financial Management department consists of several specialized teams: Compliance, Financial Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Analytics, Financial Consultants, and Procurement. We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our FP&A team. As our Senior Manager, reporting to an Assistant Vice President, you will guide your team of four that analyzes and monitors the Bank's multi-year budget.
