Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:This position is responsible for Project Management and Engineering execution, reporting to the Singapore Facilities Operations Leadership Team.Tasks and Responsibilities:Job scopes include but are not limited to:Participate and Lead in Turnkey, Facilities System Upgrading and Equipment Validation projectsInitiate execution and management of in-house projectsActive participation in continuous improvement projectsGood Knowledge in ACMV, Mechanical and Electrical System is requiredWork closely with Facilities Operations and Maintenance team for scope executionManagement of contractors on outsourced services to ensure fulfillment of contracts terms and agreementsManage contracts, system utilities drawing and documentationPerform capacity management and optimizationPlan, organize and ensure operation and system is operating at its highest efficiencyEnsure that all company procedures and policies are compiled and carried out accordinglyParticipate in ISO, OHSAS, FDA certification programsSupport EHS and Security work scopes and projectsMay need to travel to support regional projectsPerform other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related disciplinePreferred Experience:2 - 3 years’ relevant working experience in projects, (Biotech or Semiconductor facilities environment will be advantageous)Demonstrate leadership abilityAbility to work independently and with all levelsMust be committed and good team player.Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associatesMust be prepared to work overtime when necessaryAbility to be on 24 hr standby (if required)Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including MS Excel, Word and Power pointKnowledge of AutoCAD will be advantageousWe are a company deeply rooted in belonging, promoting an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute to our mission.
