You’ll collaborate across functions to provide insights, support decision-making, and lead complex analyses requiring sound judgment, creativity, and strong attention to detail.Responsibilities / ExpectationsAnalyze and report on financial performance, including forecast drivers such as volume, EBITDA, and capital expendituresPerform variance analysis to explain differences between forecast, plan, and actual resultsDevelop and maintain financial models to assess the impact of expansions, investments, and long-term commitmentsCommunicate assumptions, risks, and financial implications of business decisions to stakeholdersPartner across finance, accounting, and operational teams to ensure alignment on financial results and forecastsSupport and coordinate annual planning and forecasting processes, including operating and capital plansLead projects, conduct ad hoc analysis, and present insights to support business decisionsPrepare executive-level materials that are accurate, timely, and actionableIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial insight deliveryOther duties as assignedEnterprise FP&A (Additional Responsibilities)Support development of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plansPerform multi-year trend analysis and financial performance evaluationDeliver actionable insights through variance analysis and financial storytellingCollaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and accountingEducation / ExperienceRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive financial analysis experiencePreferred: 10+ years of diverse financial experience; CPA, PMP, or equivalent certificationKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting expertiseAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsExperience presenting to and partnering with senior leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling toolsPreferred: Experience with Hyperion / EPM tools (Essbase, SmartView)Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skillsDemonstrates a commitment to safety and operational excellence#LI-AB1About Tulsa:Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
