Channel & Customer Strategy DevelopmentTranslate brand strategies into channel- and customer-specific execution plansDefine and govern Perfect Execution standards across different channelsSuccess Measures:Consistent, high-quality execution across channelsEnhanced shopper experience3. Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Establish pricing and promotion guidelines to balance competitiveness and profitabilityEvaluate promotion ROI and ensure disciplined trade spend managementSuccess Measures:Improved promotion effectivenessSustainable pricing and margin structure4. Innovation & Launch GovernanceRepresent Customer Development in imported and local innovation pipelinesAssess commercial viability and ensure strong launch readiness and executionSuccess Measures:Successful, on-time product launchesImproved innovation ROI and reduced launch risks5.
