As a Financial Specialist Sr within PNC's Retail Finance organization, you will be based in Miamisburg, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; or Cleveland, OH.Join the Home Lending Finance team (within Retail Finance) as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting our Mortgage and Home Equity products. In this role, you will partner closely with other areas in Finance and business leaders to deliver timely financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights that drive informed decision-making and business performance.You will play a key role in leading and supporting budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term planning processes while developing accurate revenue, expense, and staffing projections. This position requires a strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights through executive-level reporting, dashboards, performance metrics, and automation.The role also includes conducting ad hoc analysis to address evolving business needs, supporting audit and regulatory requirements, and ensuring strong financial controls and compliance. Success in this position requires effective collaboration across cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.This is a high-visibility opportunity offering broad exposure across Home Lending Finance, with involvement in strategic planning and new product initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and solutions-oriented, with strong technical skills and an interest in leveraging data, technology, and tools such as Excel, Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI, and AI to drive continuous improvement.This position is available in Miamisburg, OH; Downers Grove, IL; Pittsburgh, PA; and Cleveland, OH, and operates in an on-site model, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Collaborates with business unit leaders to produce timely and precise revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts. Develops strategic insights from data to enhance budget and forecast accuracy.Collaborates with managers on, and may lead, annual budget cycle and continuous monthly forecasting. Contributes to and may lead development of long term strategic plans. Provides and presents business leaders and executives with key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights.Performs on-demand analysis and generates custom reports to address specific business needs. Collaborates independently with the business on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards. Facilitates audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information. Promptly identifies and addresses control matters; maintains sound control processes.
