Quality Assurance Lead - Finance BI Reporting

As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's Finance BI Reporting organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, and Birmingham, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for:• Provide leadership for quality assurance and testing activities across the product lifecycle to ensure solutions meet functional, risk, and regulatory requirements • Serve as the quality subject matter expert for the supported line of business/domain, applying risk based testing principles and test impact analysis • Lead the development, coordination, and approval of test strategies, test plans, execution results, defect triage, and release readiness across multiple teams • Oversee the use of UI and API test automation tools to improve test coverage, consistency, and efficiency • Define and report on quality and release readiness metrics, proactively identifying and managing risk in alignment with PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management frameworkPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health.
