Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Product Manager on the Customer & Developer Experience team, you will own the roadmap for critical platform capabilities that power client onboarding and shape how customers as well as internal users experience our platform every day. This role sits at the heart of the Developer Portal website and the Control Center web application, driving improvements that make our APIs easier to adopt, our systems more scalable and resilient, and our internal tools more powerful and intuitive. You will partner closely with experts across the company to evaluate customer and business value, scope and plan new features, and lead them from concept through production. Working hands‑on with engineering, you’ll dive deep into technical details, guide trade‑offs and prioritization with strong product judgment, and ensure features are successfully delivered, operated, and evolved. Success in this role requires fluency in web applications, REST APIs, and internal system integrations, along with the ability to translate complex platform work into clear, outcome‑driven roadmaps that move the business forward.All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.Key Responsibilities:Own the product roadmap for the Control Center web application capabilities, including: Authentication and identity management & User roles, permissions, and access controlPartner with the documentation team to develop and maintain a world-class Pismo developer portal, including innovative frontend features, backend content management infrastructure, and integrations with other developer-focused products. Define and drive improvements to internal platform tools to increase efficiency, usability, and adoptionLead product discovery by evaluating customer, developer, and internal stakeholder needsScope, plan, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable customer and business impactWork closely with engineering teams to:Dive into technical detailsGuide architecture and trade-offsEnsure strong execution and deliveryTranslate complex platform work into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmapsEnsure features are successfully launched, monitored, and continuously improvedBalance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of product management experience owning software platform roadmapsStrong experience with: Web applications & REST APIs. System integrations and platform servicesDeep understanding of platform product management, including identity, access, and internal tooling (preferred)Strong product fundamentals: Discovery and customer research. Feature scoping and prioritization & Roadmap ownershipTechnically curious and hands-on: Comfortable reading API documentation. Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teamsExperience using product analytics to inform decisions and measure impactStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organizationComfortable working in Agile environmentsExperience in Fintech, Banking, Payments, or SaaS platformsExperience with developer platforms or internal tooling ecosystemsFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM) conceptsBe based in Austin, TexasU.S. Applicants OnlyThe estimated salary range for this position is $131.600,00 to $ 210.300,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
