This role plays a key part in supporting product strategy development and ensuring the effective execution of value propositions for clients and cardholders.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities, enabling close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of product strategies for Debit and Prepaid solutions, ensuring alignment with regional and global prioritiesPartner with Sales and Account Management teams to support client engagements, product positioning, and deal execution Provide day-to-day support on product-related topics, operational processes, and issue resolution• Contribute to the definition, scope, and ongoing maintenance of the cardholder experience• Perform portfolio performance analysis and generate actionable insights• Conduct cardholder behavior studies to support strategic decision-makingContribute to product roadmap development, including enhancements, new use cases, and market expansion opportunitiesDevelop and track KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance and business impactRequired Profile• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and financial metrics• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors• Strong attention to detail and ownership of deliverablesLanguages: • English required • Additional languages a plusCorporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:• Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;• Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and• Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
