Director, Full Stack Engineering Leader (Java, Azure, CI/CD)

Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.As an Engineering Manager within the Workplace Investing (WI) Platform organization, you will play a critical leadership role in modernizing Fidelity’s Workplace Investing managed account solution, Personalized Planning and Advice (PPA). You will lead the development of a cloud-native Managed Accounts platform, replace legacy systems and establish modern engineering practices at scale.This is a hands-on engineering leadership role, requiring both technical depth and people leadership. You will contribute directly to architecture and implementation in the early stages while building and scaling a high-performing team.
