Systems Administrator

Description The Systems Application Administrator will support and maintain the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) system (CareLogic), which is critical to clinical operations and revenue generation. This role is responsible for application configuration, user support, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing system optimization. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day EHR system administration and configurationSupporting a user base of 600 (employees and contractors)Triaging and resolving application-related support ticketsInterpreting user needs and determining appropriate system/reporting solutionsMaintaining compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and security/access control standardsSupporting billing workflows, including Medicaid claim processing and integrationsGenerating reports and dashboards using built-in toolsReviewing system updates and proactively assessing impact to end usersManaging change control processes, including stakeholder approvalsAssisting with documentation, policies, and proceduresActing as a liaison between IT and operational teams to ensure system adoption and effectivenessAdminister, monitor, and support enterprise applications for performance and uptime Manage user access, roles, and permissions for onboarding and offboarding Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with users, vendors, and internal teams Configure application changes following change control processes Maintain and develop system documentation, workflows, and procedures Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational security policies Create and maintain training materials for end users Support reporting needs, including creation and maintenance of custom reports Perform system maintenance activities such as updates, patches, and configuration changesAdditional Skills & Qualifications Key qualifications: 5+ years’ experience supporting EHR or enterprise applicationsKnowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI)Strong troubleshooting and customer support mindsetFamiliarity with Medicaid billing workflows or similar systemsExperience Level Expert LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Lakewood, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $92000.00 - $102000.00/yr.
