Technical Program Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end program delivery for software deployments, managing client needs, timelines, and business objectivesDefine and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements, and deployments based on customer priorities and strategic goalsPartner with stakeholders to define product requirements, success metrics, and release scopeTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for development teamsManage and support the development team on product enhancements, ensuring prioritization, clarity, and delivery velocityDrive release planning and deployment, including rollout strategy, adoption, and post-launch iterationLead risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making to keep programs on trackEnsure delivery of high-quality solutions through testing oversight, validation, and performance monitoringEstablish and track KPIs and product performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvementBuild and maintain effective processes to scale program delivery Required Experience 4 - 7 years of experience in technical program management, product management, or technical consultingProven track record of leading software delivery programs and product rolloutsExperience defining and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and release cyclesStrong ability to prioritize features and balance business, customer, and technical needsDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into product and technical deliverablesExperience engaging with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a delivery or product capacity Core Competencies Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes end-to-endExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skillsStrong strategic thinking combined with execution focusAbility to balance multiple programs, priorities, and deadlinesData-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving
