We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and is excited by the opportunity to help shape how enterprise organizations interact with AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), and emerging agent-based technologies. In this role, you'll help build and evolve the APIs, MCP servers, and intelligent data experiences that connect enterprise search and marketing intelligence directly to AI-powered applications. You'll work alongside Product leadership to improve how AI systems retrieve, understand, and deliver real-time business insights. Associate Product Manager, AI Platforms (Chicago-based) Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or another related technical discipline. 1+ years of professional, research, or project-based experience working with software products, APIs, data systems, AI applications, or technical product initiatives. Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or optimizing MCP servers and understanding how they interact with AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), APIs, and external data sources. Experience designing, building, integrating, or enhancing APIs, with a strong understanding of how data is exchanged, consumed, and optimized across systems. Working knowledge of Python, Java, and SQL to analyze databases, troubleshoot APIs, and understand our backend architecture.
