We provide value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to leading technology vendors and their partners across commercial and public sectors.ABOUT THE ROLE & THE TEAMAs a Business Development Manager, you will join our Networking & Security Business Unit, focusing on the Baltic markets.In this role, you will be responsible for both developing new business opportunities and managing existing partner relationships. You will act as a key link between vendors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving growth in network security and cybersecurity solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop high-potential reseller partners in the BalticsAcquire new partners through proactive outreach (calls, email, meetings)Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partnersDrive new business opportunities and pipeline growthExecute and support business development plansInitiate and support marketing campaigns to generate leadsDeliver product and sales enablement training to partnersProvide accurate forecasting and pipeline managementCollaborate closely with internal sales and regional teamsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORMinimum 5+ years of experience in Networking and Security (IT distribution or vendor side)Strong background in business development and/or account managementVery good knowledge of the local Baltic marketFluency in English and at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsProactive, outgoing, and results-driven personalityAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUDynamic and international work environmentReal impact on business growth in a strategic regionCompetitive compensation (base salary + performance bonus)Career development opportunities within a global organizationAnnual Hiring Range for LithuaniaOn Target Earnings (Base Pay + Target Variable Pay) 53000 to 71500 EURO Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
