You will define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs—particularly around cloud distribution and AI-driven innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct ManagementDefine and drive the ArrowSphere Cloud product roadmap aligned with strategic goalsGather, prioritize, and translate user needs into product requirementsWork closely with engineering, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver high-value featuresMonitor product performance (KPIs, adoption, usage) and continuously optimizeEnsure timely and high-quality delivery of product initiativesCloud Distribution & AI StrategyContribute to the evolution of cloud distribution modelsIntegrate and promote AI / GenAI capabilities within the platformIdentify opportunities to enhance business processes through AISupport adoption of AI-driven solutions across the distribution value chainStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, finance, operations, supportEngage with cloud vendors and strategic partnersEnsure alignment across stakeholders and drive effective communicationSupport RFPs and contribute to positioning ArrowSphere in strategic opportunitiesGo-To-Market & Product MarketingSupport go-to-market strategies for new features and offeringsDevelop and maintain product assets (presentations, demos, documentation)Partner with marketing teams to drive demand generation (campaigns, events, content)Ensure proper communication of product releases internally and externallyTraining & EnablementTrain internal teams (sales, support, business development)Enable partners and customers to effectively use the platformCreate training materials and educational contentDrive change management and foster adoption of new tools and processesProfileMinimum 10 years of experience as a Product ManagerStrong experience in cloud distribution (vendor, distributor, or partner ecosystem)Strong interest and understanding of Artificial Intelligence / GenAI topicsSolid understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital ecosystemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working in an international environmentLanguages:Fluent English (mandatory)French (minimum B2 level)Required SkillsProduct Management (roadmap, discovery, delivery)Cloud ecosystem and distribution modelsAI / GenAI (functional understanding expected)Tools: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Excel, PowerPointUX / Design tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or equivalentRecruitment ProcessHR InterviewInterview with Global Product ManagerInterview with CTO Cloud & AIBenefitsMostly remote position50% public transportation reimbursementHealth insurance includedWorks council benefits10 additional RTT days per yearDo you see yourself as our future colleague?
