Position:Techno Functional Analyst Mid/SeniorJob Description:We are looking for Techno Functional Expert to support our AX ERP integration solutions across multiple business processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Business Central ERP systems is required. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that integration requirements are well understood, documented, and implemented.1. Partner Engagement & Requirement GatheringWork directly with B2B partners and A2A business stakeholders to understand business processes and pain pointsConduct discovery workshops and stakeholder meetingsTranslating business requirements into technical specificationsPrepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)2. Solution Design & ConfigurationMap Partners requirements for product capabilitiesDesign end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goalsConfigure/customize systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, etc.)Recommend best integration process and solution3. Technical Implementation SupportCoordinate with development teams for enhancements or customizationsReview APIs, system architecture, and integration workflowsPerform system testing (UAT support, SIT validation)Troubleshoot technical and functional issues4. Pre-Sales & Solution ConsultingSupport sales teams with technical demos and product walkthroughsCreate solution proposals and RFP/RFI responsesProvide effort estimations and technical feasibility analysisPresent value propositions to enterprise stakeholders5. Stakeholder ManagementAct as liaison between client business teams and internal technical teamsManage communication with IT heads, business managers, and executivesProvide regular updates on implementation progress6.
