Position:Senior Manager Revenue OperationsJob Description:We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to help build and scale the operating model of a newly established global business unit. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role will lead a team of analysts and serve as a strategic partner to commercial leaders. You will establish reporting, KPI, governance, and business intelligence frameworks while driving data quality and consistency across the organization. Combining operational excellence with data-driven insights, you will enable business performance and support strategic decision-making.What you will be doing at ARROW:Partner with senior business leaders to deliver KPIs, performance insights, and strategic recommendations that support growth, planning, and executionLead the development and delivery of business intelligence, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions aligned with business priorities and objectivesPartner with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, strengthen data quality and governance, and enhance reporting capabilitiesEstablish and manage the operating cadence for reporting, analytics, and team priorities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needsCollaborate with suppliers to optimize the operational processes that drive and measure business performanceLead the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other performance reviewsBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts through recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and performance managementFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations functionWho are we looking for?Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred7 years+ of relevant experience with 3 years+ of management experienceKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesStrategic thinking with the ability to leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive actionable insights and strategic recommendationsExtensive experience with business intelligence, data analytics, reporting tools, and enterprise applications, including CRM and ERP platformsStrong understanding of the operational processes that drive business performance, reporting, and data integrityStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience in data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworksAbility to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment#LI-YB1Location:FR-Courbevoie, France (Rue du Général Audran)Time Type:Full timeJob Category:Business Support
