This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. JOB DESCRIPTION:*Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and job packages *Coordinate with clients, vendors, managers, and internal teams *Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain detailed records *Handle purchase orders, budgeting, and order execution*Frequently communicate with warehouse and shop personnel regarding parts and project needs JOB REQUIREMENTS:*Industry experience required *Minimum 5 years of project management experience *Heavy industrial electrical experience preferred *Advanced computer skills required *Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills *Purchase order experience required *Mechanical aptitude is a strong plus
