Union Class A Driver (Frederickson, WA)

LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Union Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive union pay, benefits, and long-term career growth.Pay and ScheduleThe starting wage is $30.49 per hour (91% of full union scale), with the full union scale at $33.51 per hour as outlined in the Teamsters Local 313 agreement.The schedule is Monday–Friday starting at 6:00 AM, occasional Saturdays as needed, and an average workweek of approximately 45 hours.Union Position: Includes full union benefits and pension planDuties and ResponsibilitiesOperate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission) on dedicated local routesPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipmentMaintain compliance with DOT safety regulationsProvide courteous and professional customer servicePerform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularlyClimb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day (40+ times)Opportunity for training on Roll-Off equipmentComplete other job-related duties as assignedWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsWork outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and coldExposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levelsFrequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shiftMust be able to safely perform all essential job functionsMinimum RequirementsValid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailersClean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51High School Diploma or GEDAbility to perform physically demanding work without restrictionBasic knowledge of truck components and inspectionsStrong safety mindset and customer service skillsAbility to work in all weather conditionsSAFETY SENSITIVE: YESTo be considered for any of our current openings, you must complete an application at www.careers.wasteconnections.com. Once you select your position of interest, you will find application information and additional instructions.Benefits and pension information are provided through Teamsters Local 313.
