If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.Job Description:Job DescriptionCoordinate for improvement of planning efficiency for Hub cost, productivity and on-time performanceHub service initiative& cost plan; Hub planning worksheet maintenance, holiday plan and volume projectionSet up procedure, KPI; Work with cross function for procedure and initiative deploymentCoordinate with APAC Air group and foreign gatewaysWork with Air, Brokage and region partner to set up procedure to improve Hub operation performanceHub MOP development and maintenance, data flow maintenance and updatePlan and regularly revisit Air operations and Hub Sort staffingRequirements & QualificationsDegree in Industrial Engineering2 - 3 years of industrial engineering-related experience preferred.Strong project management skills.Experience with work measurement, process improvement, and operations research.Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling (e.g., ROI, IRR).Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise staff and collaborate with various teams.Ability to gather requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and present findings to stakeholders.Familiarity with distribution environments is beneficial.Employee Type: PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
