You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Information Technology Application Support Analyst supports software systems, provides troubleshooting, technical assistance, installation, and training to software users. This position also ensures that application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality.Primary ResponsibilitiesObtains information on application design and functionality to propose solutions to end usersResponds to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoots system software and operator complicationsMonitors routine and critical processes and workflows to proactively identify problem trendsAssists with application implementations and configurationPerforms root cause analysis and provides technical solutions to production related application errorsPerforms application testing in various environmentsDeploys service releases, patches, requests, and customizations which may include regulatory and compliance mandatory datesResolves complex problems or issuesOversees multiple processes and may act as procedural expert regarding policies, guidelines, or processesEnsures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices May act as lead to less experienced associatesMay act as subject matter expert (SME)This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experienceOr Associate's degree in related field and nine (9) years of related experienceOr High School Diploma and eleven (11) years of experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to non-technical usersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional Responsibilities: -Work in a team environment supporting Enterprise Managed File Transfer (NIFT) - Implement and maintain MFT applications -Setting up new customers (internal and external) on MFT applications Additional Preferred Experience: - Experience supporting applications running in Unix environments - Basic shell scripting - At least two years supporting Managed File Transfer systems, including in-depth knowledge of the following protocols: - Working Of Key Infrastructure - Experience supporting Axway ' s MFT solutions, including: - Secure Transport - Transfer (Z,'OS & windows) This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week.  The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations.  Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense.
