You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Corporate Banking Group Loan Fulfillment Analyst has ownership over end‑to‑end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities originated within the Corporate Bank Group (Corporate/Commercial/Real Estate Banking). This role will partner with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel to ensure documentation accuracy, operational feasibility, regulatory compliance, and a clean handoff to life‑of‑loan servicing. This role will also act as the control point that issues Clear to Close and drives timely, accurate funding and boarding. Primary ResponsibilitiesProvides first-line risk oversight by identifying emerging risks, escalating issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive remediation effortsServes as a subject‑matter resource to Fulfillment Specialists and acts as the first escalation point for complex closing, funding, and booking issuesTroubleshoots operational roadblocks and determines when further escalation is requiredProvides real‑time coaching on documentation, funding mechanics, policy interpretation, and best practicesReviews and validates complex work, including booking set‑ups, exception handling, and funding packagesApproves work requiring elevated judgment, including document exceptions and high‑risk operational decisionsActs as a control checkpoint to ensure policy adherence, operational accuracy, and audit‑ready documentationMonitors data quality, compliance requirements, and risk indicators across assigned dealsIdentifies recurring issues and partners with leaders to improve processes, accuracy, and cycle timeContributes to procedure updates, training materials, workflow standards, and team skill developmentParticipates in system testing and provides informed feedback on enhancements and usabilityRepresents Fulfillment in cross‑functional discussions on deal structure, operational risk, and process gapsPromotes consistent application of controls and fosters a culture of operational discipline and continuous learningThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a related fieldFive (5) years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experienceStrong comprehension of loan documentation and closing mechanics; experience coordinating with external counselFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency/syndication workflowsSkills and CompetenciesAbility to own a timeline, prioritize, and resolve issuesAbility to provide detail-oriented reviews with clear and concise feedbackDemonstrates strong risk awareness and control discipline, applying sound judgment to operational decisions, escalating issues promptly and appropriately, and maintaining audit‑ready documentation that meets regulatory and internal standardsFundamental understanding of funding/booking mechanics, fee/interest set ups, and data integrityMaintains a confident client presence that is effective across senior partnersStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership on complex topicsThis position is intended to be onsite out of Atlanta, GA with an onsite expectation of 4 days per week.Regions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position at this time. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
