The RoleAs a Color Process Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in optimising automated colour processes within our laboratory and production environment. This is an exciting opportunity to combine engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving to enhance operational performance and product quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and build a strong foundation for career growth in process automation and advanced manufacturing.What You’ll Be Doing as a Color Process Automation Engineer:You will optimise automated plant performance to maximise productivity and minimise downtimeIdentify root causes of failures and implement sustainable corrective actionsAnalyse and interpret process data to drive efficiency and quality improvementsCollaborate with production, maintenance, and colour teams to prioritise workflowUpdate and improve operational procedures to enhance performance and consistencySupport innovation initiatives to advance automation and process reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For in a Color Process Automation Engineer:Master’s degree in Chemical, Automation, or Mechanical EngineeringBrief experience within a production or manufacturing environmentStrong data analysis and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage complex workflows and competing prioritiesConfident communicator with strong teamwork and independent working skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English language skillsWhat we offerClassification as an employee at level (between level D1 and level C2) of the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry, gross annual salary (RAL) between €36,273.30 and €37,402.54 + company canteen.Disclaimer: We confirm that this job offer is based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the applicable CCNL, and in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 96/2026 implementing Directive (EU) 2023/970.Ready to Apply?
