Manager Global Finance Tools

Position OverviewThis role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and management of global Finance tools and platforms. It ensures stable operations, continuous improvement, and alignment with the company’s finance and digital strategy.The position acts as Product Owner for key Finance tools and drives strategic initiatives across functions. It operates within a complex, global environment, collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners.The role plays a key part in enhancing efficiency, automation, and user experience, while ensuring governance, compliance, and delivery across Finance systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Product Owner for Finance tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Trintech, Concur), defining roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and ensuring alignment with business and finance objectivesDefine and manage product roadmaps, enhancements, and release planningLead Finance tools projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologiesCoordinate cross-functional global teams across Finance and ITEnsure operational stability through incident, request, and change managementManage system escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issuesCollaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and governanceLead audit, risk, and compliance activities for Finance toolsDrive continuous improvement and automation initiatives across systemsPresent project updates, risks, and strategy to senior managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related fieldStrong experience with ServiceNow and Finance processes5+ years of experience in project leadership, product ownership, or similar rolesExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Experience working with global, cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate in complex and fast-paced environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in audit, risk, or compliance processes is a plusAdvanced level of EnglishAdditional InformationGlobal role within Corporate FinanceHigh interaction with Finance, IT, and external vendorsStrategic position supporting digital transformation and automation initiativesAbout us: PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™ Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
