Company:MarshDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Associate Director – Placement (Grade F)This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Business teams while guiding Senior Managers on account management. It leads and develops a high-performing technical team, supports Senior Leadership in driving client profitability, and oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and operational risk within the Placement function.
