Company:Marsh CorporateDescription:We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMA Securities team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of six days per month in the office.As a Staff Accountant I, you will join a close-knit team where collaboration and mentorship create a strong foundation for your growth in the broker-dealer industry. You’ll take ownership of a critical cash application function, managing commission reconciliations, clearing unidentified cash, maintaining carrier and client databases, and partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between systems.
