This includes development of disability, and organizational well-being strategies and programs that support corporate objectivesDevelop and lead project implementationLiaise with third party providers as requiredBuild and enhance market presencePartner with Health consultants and other lines of business to identify opportunities for existing clientsMeet clients to present services and develop proposals to meet their needsDevelop client relationships and follow up with clients on a regular basisBe a member of the THM National Team.Collaborate in the implementation of the plansDevelop intellectual capital as neededHelp improve processes and proceduresContribute to the creation of new servicesWhat you need to have: 5+ years of relevant experience in a field related to disability management, wellbeing, health promotion, human resourcesExpert level of knowledge across several of disability management, Occupational Health & Safety, wellbeing programs, EFAP, HR programs and policies, etc.Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environmentAbility to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives; ability to work independently and on a teamAbility to travel occasionally to other offices within CanadaWhat makes you stand out:Bachelor’s degree in a health, or social sciences related fieldMercer is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries.
