It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job Description: Business Manager - SaaSLocation: RemoteAbout the JobWe are looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Business Manager to support the growth and success of our SaaS vendor portfolio. This role sits at the centre of our SaaS business, combining commercial ownership, vendor management, and operational execution to drive revenue, margin, and engagement.Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in developing and executing vendor business plans, supporting go-to-market activity, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational delivery.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building strong vendor relationships, and influencing business performance through insight-driven decision making.Core responsibilities:Manage and develop commercial relationships with a portfolio of Tier 2 vendorsSupport and execute vendor business plans aligned to growth and revenue targetsIdentify opportunities to increase vendor contribution and profitabilityCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver go-to-market and demand generation campaignsTrack campaign performance and ROI, using insights to inform future activityBuild and maintain accurate sales forecasts in partnership with Sales teamsMonitor performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunitiesAnalyse sales and performance data to support decision-making and planningManage pricing, margins, and product data across internal systemsSupport operational processes including order flow and issueWork cross-functionally to ensure alignment and smooth execution across teamsTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and forecastingStrong organisational skills and high attention to detailAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommercial awareness, including understanding of margin management and revenue driversExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCollaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teamsProactive, solutions-focused mindset with a sense of ownership and accountabilityWhat we offer:AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice schemeRising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5Birthday day offEmployee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.Employee discounts and wellness perksModern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness roomDevelopment opportunities with clear career progression and trainingWe Are Ingram Micro GroupIngram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem.
