In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening partner relationships, and accelerating HPE solutions adoption across the market, focusing on HPE Aruba Networking.This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and impact-helping businesses unlock their full potential through innovative IT solutions.Develop and grow a portfolio of channel partners, ensuring strong engagement and revenue growthDrive sales of HPE Aruba Networking solutions, aligning with regional strategies and targetsIdentify new business opportunities and lead pipeline generation activitiesDevelop and execute joint business plans with partners and HPE stakeholdersProvide partners with product knowledge, commercial guidance, and go-to-market supportCollaborate cross-functionally (marketing, technical, operations) to deliver seamless partner experienceMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers need to inform strategyEnsure accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance trackingWhat you’ll contribute to our teamBachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years of strategic sales, business development, or account management experience, ideally within distribution environmentsStrong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and Enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity background (HPE experience is highly preferred)Demonstrated ability to manage partner ecosystems and drive revenue growthStrong business acumen with a results-driven mindsetDemonstrated success driving year-over-year profitability growth.Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex, solution-based deals.What Sets You ApartA collaborative mindset - you thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholdersA growth-oriented approach - you continuously seek new opportunities and ways to improveA customer-first attitude - you prioritize value creation and long-term relationshipsInvesting in your futureJoining Ingram Micro means becoming part of a global leader in technology solutions.
