Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.About the JobWe are looking for a driven Product Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting growth across the Ergotron portfolio.While this role includes working closely with existing partners, the primary focus is on driving category growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and supporting the wider sales team with expert product knowledge. You’ll play a key role in positioning Ergotron solutions within customer environments and helping to unlock new revenue streams.This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing opportunities, and taking a proactive approach to developing a strong and sustainable pipeline. You’ll work closely with internal sales teams, partners, and the vendor to drive engagement and maximise growth across the category.Success in this role will come from a structured and commercially focused approach, including identifying opportunities, supporting pipeline development, and contributing to a clear and reliable forecast aligned to growth objectives.Our customers, partners, and vendors are at the heart of everything we do, so delivering a high standard of support while achieving strong commercial outcomes is key to success in this role.Core responsibilities:Build excellent knowledge of the Ergotron portfolio and confidently position products to internal teams and partnersDrive growth by increasing revenue from existing partners and identifying new business opportunitiesAct as the go-to expert for Ergotron within Ingram, building awareness and internal engagementDeliver training and enablement sessions to support the wider sales teamSupport and execute business plans in line with vendor and internal objectivesManage pipeline activity and contribute to accurate forecastingCommunicate product updates, promotions, and key information to both customers and internal teamsTo set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Experience in a sales, product, or account management environmentConfident communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams and external partnersProactive and organised, with the ability to manage workload and prioritise effectivelyComfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is beneficialAbility to build relationships and identify commercial opportunitiesKeen to learn and develop product knowledge within a technology-focused environmentA strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience while achieving commercial outcomes.What we offer:AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice schemeRising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5Birthday day offEmployee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.Employee discounts and wellness perksModern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness roomDevelopment opportunities with clear career progression and trainingWe Are Ingram Micro GroupIngram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem.
