The Credit Development Analyst supports the sales organization .This role leverages automation and financial analysis to manage a portfolio of SMB partners.Working under general supervision, the Analyst collaborates with sales, credit operations, and partners to deliver credit solutions, ensure risk mitigation, and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a foundational understanding of Ingram Micro’s financial solutions and credit practices.What You’ll DoManage a portfolio of SMB partners, balancing revenue growth objectives with prudent AR risk managementApply automation and financial analysis to support credit decision-making and portfolio healthPartner with sales teams and resellers to enable business growth through effective credit solutionsCollaborate with credit operations to support credit processes and resolution of account issuesEvaluate basic financial data to assess creditworthiness and support recommendationsUtilize company policies, procedures, and systems to resolve a variety of credit-related issuesExercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actionsEscalate complex issues and consult with senior or specialist team members as neededMaintain strong partner relationships through professional communication and responsivenessCore Competencies :Demonstrate Decision Quality by making timely, well-informed decisions to keep work progressing effectivelyApply Financial Acumen by interpreting and using financial data to support sound credit decisionsExhibit Customer Focus by building strong partner relationships and delivering customer-centric solutionsShow Strategic Mindset by understanding future possibilities and supporting forward-thinking actionsLeverage Business Insight by applying knowledge of the business and marketplace to achieve goalsWhat You Bring to the RoleRequires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education2-4 years of general business or finance-related experienceFoundational financial analysis skills and understanding of key financial indicatorsSound judgment and decision-making skills for basic problem-solvingFoundational negotiation and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered#LIHybridThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
