Vendor Business Manager / Program Manager – HPE GreenLake and ServicesRole OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Vendor Business Manager / Program Manager – HPE GreenLake and Services to drive growth across HPE’s GreenLake and Services portfolio within the partner ecosystem. This strategic national role combines vendor management, sales execution, and partner enablement to accelerate as-a-service adoption and expand market share.Acting as a trusted advisor to both HPE and channel partners, you will lead go-to-market initiatives, develop impactful programs, and drive revenue growth while strengthening HPE’s presence across the channel.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & GrowthExecute business plans aligned to HPE GreenLake and Services strategyDeliver revenue, margin, and market share growth across new and installed base segmentsIdentify partner and market expansion opportunities and lead targeted GTM initiativesInstalled Base & Lifecycle ManagementOwn installed base lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and subscriptionsDrive proactive renewal strategy (90–180 days) to reduce churn and protect revenueIdentify modernisation and win-back opportunities to expand customer valuePipeline & Performance ManagementBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline across services and HPE GreenLakeTrack key metrics: revenue, pipeline conversion, renewals, and services attachApply data insights to optimise performance and forecast accuracyPartner Enablement & Ecosystem DevelopmentGrow and manage channel and MSP ecosystemAct as primary interface between HPE and partnersDeliver targeted enablement to strengthen services-led and consumption sellingServices & Portfolio ExpansionDrive services attach across all opportunitiesExecute cross-sell and upsell across the HPE portfolioAccelerate adoption of HPE GreenLake and adjacent solutionsCommercial & Data ManagementManage pricing, quoting, and deal structuring to maximise profitabilityMaintain data accuracy and leverage analytics to drive decisions and governanceWhat You’ll Bring3-5 years of experience in channel sales, vendor management, or business development, ideally within cloud / as-a-service environmentsStrong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including VARs, System Integrators, National Solution Providers, and DistributorsProven experience managing and growing vendor relationships and partner ecosystemsTrack record of consistent achievement in quota-bearing or growth-focused rolesStrong knowledge of cloud, consumption-based models, and IT solutions (HPE GreenLake and Services experience highly regarded)Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining attention to detailExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsHighly collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teamsWhat’s in it for you?We provide a fun, professional, and challenging international business setting.
