This role is focused on helping shape and execute strategy across EMEA, while also supporting senior leadership priorities and business decision-making.What you’ll do:Support the development and execution of strategies in response to competitive dynamics, industry trends, and technology changeConduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and support revenue and market share expansionBuild and maintain structured datasets covering market sizing, competitive positioning, and key performance indicatorsPerform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the EMEA businessDeliver market scans to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunitiesPartner with data and commercial teams to support data-driven business initiativesSupport EMEA leadership processes, including coordinating inputs for QBRs/QFRs, preparing materials, and tracking key actionsSupport ad hoc requests from the EMEA regional executive, including analysis and preparation of briefing materialsResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience you’ll need to have:Experience working within a complex organisation, consultancy, or a business operating in a regulated sectorStrong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured componentsExperience using Excel, databases, and presentation tools such as PowerPointAbility to communicate insights clearly in written and presentation formatsStrong attention to detail and quality of outputDegree-level education or equivalentExperience that would be great to have:Foundational understanding of financial services, payments, or fintechMerchant or issuing experienceFamiliarity with structured problem-solving approachesRelevant postgraduate qualification in economics, business, strategy, or a related fieldThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please:Apply using your legal nameComplete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:Fiserv is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
