If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleReconciliation AnalystWhat does a Reconciliation Analyst do?As a Reconciliation Analyst on the Settlement Controls and Solutions (SCS) team, you will support daily settlement activities across cash management, reconciliation, exceptions, and audit and controls. You will work with internal team members, Treasury, and cross-functional partners to identify trends, resolve issues, and strengthen processes. This role is important to maintaining accurate settlement operations, supporting financial controls, and driving continuous improvement.What you'll do:Monitor and perform complex daily reconciliations and analysis of bank data for wire and Automated Clearing House (ACH) settlements, identifying and resolving discrepancies as neededProcess correcting entries for clients using automated tools and manual adjustments with a high degree of accuracyProvide daily cash projections and communicate funding position changes to Treasury throughout the dayEscalate reporting and settlement issues to the appropriate teams and support timely resolutionMaintain accurate records of reconciliation-related issues, exceptions, and corrective actionsPartner with process owners, management, and cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvementsLearn and support team processes, resolve out-of-balance situations, and work through escalations across daily operationsCreate and enhance controls and procedures for existing processes and new business activity as neededWhat will you need to have:Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, Banking, and/or similar disciplineExperience in data analysisExperience in Excel3+ years of an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experienceWhat would be great to have:Bachelors degreeExperience in interpreting financial anomalies, reconciling financial records, identifying discrepancies, ensuring accurate treasury functions, and/or similar disciplineProficient with Microsoft Office 365 or AccessSpecialized certifications such as CTPHow you’ll work:This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.Sponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
