If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleVice President, Enterprise Project Management OfficeAbout your roleAs Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), you will define and lead the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and execution model for project and program delivery across Fiserv Technology Services and aligned business units. This executive leader will drive transformation, operational excellence, and delivery consistency at scale, ensuring alignment with Fiserv’s strategic priorities and client commitments. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, influencing outcomes across complex, global portfolios.What you’ll doDefine and execute the enterprise PMO strategy, driving alignment with corporate objectives and long-term business outcomesProvide executive oversight of large-scale, complex portfolios, ensuring delivery of strategic programs on time, within scope, and aligned to client commitmentsEstablish and institutionalize enterprise governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across all programs and portfoliosLead enterprise-wide resource strategy, including capacity planning, global staffing models, and workforce optimizationPartner with C-level and senior business leaders to align program execution with organizational priorities and transformation initiativesDrive continuous improvement and maturity of project delivery capabilities across the organizationOwn financial management responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for the PMO and associated programsBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team of PMO Directors and Senior LeadersChampion talent strategy and succession planning, developing the next generation of project and program leadersAct as a thought leader and change agent, promoting enterprise adoption of modern delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, scaled delivery frameworks)Experience you’ll need to have15+ years of experience in project/program management, including leadership of enterprise PMO functions at scale10+ years of experience leading leaders (directors and above) within complex, matrixed organizationsProven track record delivering multi-million to billion-dollar, enterprise-wide transformation programsDeep experience with enterprise governance models, portfolio management, and delivery frameworksStrong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiativesDemonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders (C-suite and senior leadership)Experience leading global teams and distributed delivery modelsBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferredExperience that would be great to haveExperience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environmentsPMP, PgMP, or equivalent executive-level program certificationsExperience leading enterprise PMO transformations or large-scale operating model changesFamiliarity with Agile at scale frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)Experience integrating technology and business program delivery across large organizationsHow you’ll workThis role is aligned to Fiserv’s in-person work model, with expectations for on-site collaboration Monday through Friday.
