Being assigned to an agile squad means this role also participates in all agile ceremonies driving activities from architecture and design to delivery. Models software development best practices and leads communities of practice to continuously refine and document standards and best practices.In addition, this role helps evaluate, design, and implement AI-assisted engineering capabilities, including internal developer tools, agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, prompt and tool integration, and secure usage patterns for enterprise AI platforms. Works across teams to ensure AI-enabled solutions are scalable, maintainable, observable, secure, and aligned to business and technology standards.Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
