Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AMHourly Rate: $23.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differentialReporting to the Sanitation Team Leader, you will support sanitation and basic janitorial operations at our Louisville, Kentucky facility. You will work onsite in a manufacturing environment to ensure equipment, production areas, and facility spaces are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained to meet safety, quality, and food safety standards.Your schedule includes weekend work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, along with one 8‑hour weekday shift. This will be a 4-day work week. Weekend shifts consist of three 12‑hour overnight shifts and one weekday 8-hour shift. Additional shifts may be added based on business needs.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesPerform cleaning, sanitation, and basic janitorial duties across production areas, offices, and common spacesClean and sanitize production equipment, floors, walls, and facility surfacesDisassemble and reassemble equipment as needed for proper cleaningFollow sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory standardsProperly use cleaning chemicals, tools, and personal protective equipmentRemove waste, dispose of materials correctly, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facilityInspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety standardsDocument sanitation activities and report any issues to leadershipSupport production teams by ensuring equipment and areas are ready for operationMaintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environmentIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GEDExperience in sanitation, janitorial, or manufacturing environments preferredKnowledge of sanitation processes and food safety standards preferredMechanical aptitude to disassemble and reassemble equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong teamwork and communication skillsWillingness to work flexible schedules, including overtimeCommitment to following all safety and sanitation proceduresPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary.
