Apply with DoneWithWork — $19.99/moReporting to our Senior Director of Category Marketing, you will manage product categories within the staples segment, primarily shelf stable products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, including strategy development, sales coordination, pricing activities, and project management to support category growth and performance. You will lead cross-functional collaboration and leverage insights to drive innovation and achieve financial objectives.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesManage profit and loss (P&L) for assigned categories to achieve annual and long-term financial objectivesDevelop and implement growth strategies to expand category performance and market presence within your assigned portfolioCoordinate cross-functional teams on key initiatives to deliver business objectivesConduct competitive and industry analysis to inform strategic decision makingLead customer-driven category management projects for assigned categoriesDevelop category marketing collateral and promotional programsGenerate insights and rationale to support category innovation and new product developmentSupport pricing activities, trade spending, forecasting and analytical effortsProvide support for advertising and promotion management, planning processes and supply chain alignmentPartner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across category initiativesIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree required5+ years of related experience, including FoodserviceP&L management experienceExperience conducting detailed business analysis and developing recommendationsKnowledge of Foodservice syndicated data and industry toolsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing projectsUnderstanding of Foodservice marketing programs including promotions and collateral developmentNumber of Days in Office: 3#LI-Hybrid#LI-PM1#LI-MSLCompensation Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
