Sanitation Tech Jr. - 3rd shift

Shift: 9:00 PM-7:00 AMHourly Rate: $22.95 an hour + $2.00 shift differentialReporting to the Sanitation Manager, you will support sanitation activities within the plant environment by ensuring equipment and production areas are cleaned, sanitized, and maintained in compliance with food safety, safety, and quality standards. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and supporting production readiness.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesClean and sanitize equipment, including machinery, hoppers, and extrudersUse approved chemicals to clean and maintain production equipmentSweep, mop, and clean assigned production lines and surrounding areasFollow all Good Manufacturing PracticesFollow all safety and Human Resources policies and proceduresAttend work as scheduled and maintain punctualityComplete Lockout Tagout training within the first 90 daysSupport additional duties as assignedIdentify food safety risks and escalate concerns to the lead or supervisorIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh School diploma or GED preferredMachine Operator experienceDetail oriented with strong attention to cleanliness and complianceStrong written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of food safety practices and risk awarenessPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.
