Reporting to the Treasury leadership team, you will own core cash operations and play a key role in strengthening how cash is managed, forecasted, and supported across the enterprise. You will build and refine processes and controls that enable accurate cash visibility, while driving improvements in forecasting, systems, and workflows. You will partner across Finance and with external banking partners to support funding decisions and enhance overall treasury effectiveness.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOwn daily global cash positioning and support short- and long-term liquidity planningImprove cash forecasting by building accuracy metrics and analyzing key driversOversee cash operations with accountability for accuracy, execution, and control environmentEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal controls, proactively identifying and mitigating riskLead treasury system initiatives, including SAP S/4 implementation and bank integrationsOptimize Treasury Management System and reporting capabilitiesIdentify and implement process improvements and automation across treasury workflowsManage relationships with banking partners, including account structure, services, and documentationSupport debt, interest expense, and capital-related analysis and activitiesPartner cross-functionally on liquidity, funding, and enterprise initiativesIngredients Required for Your SuccessBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or cash operationsStrong analytical skills with the capacity to translate data into clear insights and actionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems, SAP, and Power BI preferredProven track record of improving processes, systems, or reporting through automation or standardizationStrong prioritization skills to deliver in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentHigh level of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracyStrong communication skills with the capacity to work cross-functionally and drive accountability for outcomesNumber of Days in Office: 3#LI-Hybrid#LI-GS1#LI-MSLCompensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
