It takes the imagination and passion of all of us—from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.*Responsibilities:Performs administrative and physical tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing, staging and supplying materials (raw, work-in-process and finished goods), parts and supplies, to operators, workstations and distribution centerMay prepare goods for shipment to the distribution centerComplete all necessary SAP Training to obtain the necessary profilesMay be responsible for ordering required materials from outside vendors and offload all deliveries from outside vendors and do goods receipts for the deliveriesPhysically locate the materials in the warehouse and then perform transactions in SAP to locate them in the systemDo bin to bin transfers for all moves from the warehouse to the PSA’sHand load carts/racks equipment and deliver to production areasRun Material Staging in SAPMay evaluate all production schedules and determine materials needed from outside vendorsMaintain required levels of materials in the various PSA’sDemonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Must follow all BD housekeeping policies and proceduresMust follow all BD safety policies and proceduresMust be able to work overtime as required to meet BD business requirementsMinimum Requirement:High School Diploma or GEDAt BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
