Your unique background may be exactly what they're looking for.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project teams in delivering comprehensive, accurate construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and material selectionsCollaborate across disciplines with internal teams, consultants, contractors, clients, and agencies to achieve project goalsContribute to all phases of project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction administrationIntegrate sustainable design strategies into project solutionsEnsure clear, timely communication between clients and project teamsManage projects using internal systems, including developing work plans and overseeing budgets, schedules, and feesSupport business development efforts, including proposals, letters of interest (LOIs), and market researchBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleEngage with industry events, conferences, and community activities to expand professional networksContribute to office initiatives, professional development programs, and mentorship of junior staffQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureRegistered Architect (Illinois preferred); NCARB certification a plus10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in project managementExperience working across multiple sectors (Education, Commercial, Transit, Municipal, Industrial preferred)Proven success developing new business and maintaining client relationshipsStrong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standardsDemonstrated construction administration experience (RFIs, submittals, contractor coordination, construction contracts)Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and other modeling/rendering toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to qualityWhy Join?Collaborative, people-first cultureOpportunities for mentorship and career growthDiverse and impactful project portfolioHybrid work schedule, competitive salaryIf you are interested, apply now!
