We deliver insight, technical support, and reliable service that keep labs running smoothly and efficiently.Agilent is seeking a Manager, Equipment Service Engineers to support our Boulder and Frederick, Colorado NASD labs. This on-site leadership role supports Agilent’s Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient manufacturing labs and focuses on installation, maintenance, repair, qualification, and reliability of Agilent and multi-vendor laboratory systems.In this role, you will lead and support service engineering activities across two Colorado Agilent ATD lab locations, helping resolve complex instrument challenges without the extensive travel and variability of external client sites.Responsibilities Include:Install, maintain, repair, and qualify laboratory instruments, hardware, software, network products, and configurations at internal Agilent sitesDiagnose and resolve product performance issues, most often related to hardwarePerform preventive maintenance and advise users on configurations that may affect performance and reliabilityDocument service activities and repairs in computerized maintenance management softwareSupport audits by defending maintenance, qualification, and use of lab instrumentsDeliver integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, and application softwareMentor service engineers and instrument users on Agilent instrument systemsInstrument technologies may include, but are not limited to:HPLC systems, including 1260/1290, LCMS, QTOF, and BioInertsGC and GCMSICPMSFlame AAUV-Vis spectrophotometersOligoPro II Capillary ElectrophoresisQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar5+ years experience as an Agilent Field Service Engineer or similar positionExperience with the Agilent solutions is requiredExperience with troubleshooting and problem solvingExperience with equipment parts sourcingDesired:Leadership experience as a supervisor/manager is preferredAgilent provided instrument trainingAdditional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least June 18, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $105,280.00 - $164,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
