Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Duties and responsibilities:Responsible for leading the assigned teamResponsible for hiring, training and performance management within their respective teamSupport functional definition or redesign of LEX processesHandles or coordinates non-routine or complex requests or issues Identifies opportunities for LEX governance, process, and/or systems improvementsResponsible for ensuring SLA/KPI are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues ariseResponsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets Develop expertise on LEX end to end processes within the teamProvides oversight to ensure assigned team work (queues, tickets, etc.) is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targetsSingle point of contact for assigned teamResponsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely mannerAssist in service expansion or transition activities into the teamEnsures operational processes are followed (i.e. LMS, Sprint/Agile, etc.)Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work directionEstablishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT.Demonstrated proficiency coordinating tasksDemonstrated detailed orientation and enjoy working with operational processesCollaborative Team playerAnalytical2-3 years of equivalent work experienceLeader or supervisor experience is a plusPrevious experience working with SAPPrevious experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics.
