What success looks like in this role: We are seeking a Technical Consultant with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot technologies to help organisations realise value through automation, low-code solutions, and AI-driven experiences.You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and scale solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes, and enable intelligent decision-making.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical delivery capability with a consultative mindset, and is comfortable working across multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) and Copilot Studio / Copilot AgentsTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutionsBuild intelligent automation and conversational experiences leveraging AI and Copilot capabilitiesIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party systemsSupport the definition and implementation of governance, security, and environment strategiesParticipate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrationsContribute to solution architecture, design documentation, and delivery best practicesSupport ongoing optimisation, troubleshooting, and enhancements of deployed solutionsRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform:Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven)Power Automate (workflow automation and integration)Dataverse and data modellingExperience designing or implementing Copilot Agents / Copilot Studio solutionsStrong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and connectorsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystemsKnowledge of security, governance, and compliance considerations within Power PlatformStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience working in consulting, professional services, or project delivery environmentsDesirable ExperienceExperience with Power Platform governance frameworks (e.g., CoE approaches)Exposure to Dynamics 365 or enterprise business systemsFamiliarity with DevOps/ALM practices for Power PlatformAwareness of responsible AI and Copilot governance principlesYou will be successful in this role if you have:QualificationsRelevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or Copilot-related credentials) are beneficial but not essentialDegree in a related field or equivalent practical experienceBenefitsUnisys offers an outstanding benefits package, featuring unlimited paid time off, a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare, HSA matching, ongoing learning opportunities, and more!
