About the Role This is a client management role within IOH with responsibility for a portfolio of European‑headquartered Intergovernmental Organizations clients. It is a consultative, data‑driven client management position, centred on building strong short‑, medium‑, and long‑term stakeholder relationships, managing accounts end‑to‑end from inception to renewal, and supporting more complex clients as responsibility increases. The role requires strong commercial credibility, the ability to translate client needs into practical business solutions, and close performance oversight to ensure financial and service outcomes are effectively managed.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact and person of trust for your clientsMonitor swift implementation of new clients/servicesBuild client intimacy and maintain excellent working relationships with the various key stakeholders of the clientProvide consultative guidance to clientsMaximize client retention by negotiating contract renewals at sustainable ratesLearn and self-develop continuously through trainings and other learning opportunitiesParticipate actively in various internal projects, contributing to organisational strategy and organisational learningPro-actively identify and pursue up- and cross-sell opportunitiesAlign the company’s service proposition to the client’s needs while ensuring operational efficiencyCoordinate complaint and problem resolution with other departmentsWhat You'll Bring to the RolePrevious experience in Employee Benefits, Financial Services or Consulting, preferably in an international context (ideally with IGOs)Affinity with collation of data and statistical analysisAbility to translate data into actionable insightsStrong knowledge of English.
