As a Global Workplace Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping how our real estate supports our business and how our teams work, grow, and serve customers. This role is ideal for someone who blends business partnership with strong transaction leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic problem solving.This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment that often operates with ambiguity, success in this role requires the ability to translate strategy into execution with clarity and discipline.ResponsibilitiesOperate as the central point of integration for complex, multi-market real estate programs, ensuring consistency, discipline, and execution across the portfolioDrive outcomes that align workplace strategy with business priorities while ensuring clarity, momentum, and partnership across the enterpriseTransaction LeadershipLead transaction development and strategy for leases, aligning deal structures with enterprise financial and operational objectivesDrive end-to-end transaction execution, from business case through negotiation, documentation, and closeDirect and manage third-party brokerage partners, ensuring accountability for strategy, pacing, and outcomesIdentify critical transaction risks and opportunities, guiding negotiation approach and key decision pointsBusiness Partnership & PlanningPartner with Strategy, HR, and Project Management teams to translate business needs into actionable real estate plansBuild trusted relationships with business leaders, understanding workforce needs, priorities, and future plansContribute to occupancy planning, aligning space requirements with business demand and market conditionsProgram Management & ExecutionLead program-level planning and coordination across multiple initiatives, aligning timelines, dependencies, and deliverablesDrive cross-functional alignment and manage interdependencies across projects and transactionsMonitor program and transaction performance, including timelines, financial outcomes, and delivery milestonesFacilitate governance through clear reporting, decision framing, and risk escalationDrive accountability across internal teams and external partners to ensure commitments are metData, Reporting & Continuous ImprovementValidate program and project data, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reportingCommunicate complex information clearly and concisely to support business decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve processes, standardize execution, and enhance portfolio performanceQualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transaction management, space and occupancy planning, facility management, or project managementProven experience managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, professional environmentExperience directly supporting or advising business leaders on space or workforce strategyExperience managing or directing third-party brokerage partners or external advisorsAbility to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendationsDemonstrated experience leading or materially contributing to complex real estate transactions, including renewals, new leases, relocations, and dispositionsStrong ability to analyze complex information, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiencesHigh level of accountability, initiative, and comfort working independently on visible, high-impact workProficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, construction, or a related fieldExperience working with space planning, system furniture concepts, and workplace designFamiliarity with building regulations, including health and safety guidelinesStrong analytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and respond to time-critical issuesIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 114,200 - 190,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
